As for the Russians, the DHS supposedly secured the networks of 48 states against hacking attacks before the election. If anyone succeeded, Russian or not, then the billions we spend on security must not mean much. One state that has reported a hacking attempt is Georgia, one of the two that did not use the DHS, and they are blaming - the DHS!

As for the DNC, Wikileaks has already said the documents came from an insider pissed off that the DNC screwed Bernie Sanders, and a former British ambassador has said that he knows of the source as well and it was not a Russian, but a DNC whistleblower. Article.
