File > New Custom Entry
Choose the type as either Income or an Expense (Asset or Liability), give it a name and then choose Fixed or Distributed. Distributed will spread it out over the month.
Once done, you will see a section at bottom of the main stats area for "Total Costs:" and then the section below that will be for Total Net.
This lets you break down everything by the day, the month, etc right down to the $ / unique click.
