100 calories? bullshit. u burn at least 300-400 by running, plus what your body already burns, which is like 100+ per hour, just to stay alive.

human body is %70 water. when you burn fat, u lose at least as much amount of water, or even more. you burn half a pound of fat, your body gets rid of at least half a pound of water as well.
