Thanks man, so basically I'm looking at a $12.95 activation fee and then $3 month maintenance fee as I'll probably only get like 1-2 payments a month on the card. Would rather have money go to Payoneer account and then download to bank but if card works like regular credit card guess it works for me.

Might wait as well as I only expect 1-2 payments a month.
