Michigan uses paper ballots. I'm not sure how those could be "hacked" from Russia or wherever they're claiming did it. Luckily they can be more easily counted.
Wisconsin has only agreed, despite what is being reported, to a recount, not a full hand recount. Their machines are not connected to the internet, so hacking would have to have been accomplished in person on each machine. Each clerk decides whether to certify votes or recount them by hand. Only a court order could change that.

FL uses paper ballots too, it's not the ballot in question, but the machine which counts them can be easily hacked. This has been known since the Gore/Bush election. This is why they are requesting a "hand" recount.
The key issue right from the start is there was obvious fraud with the padding by officials in favor of Trump. That is outright fraud, yet you guys try to ignore it.
It's just like what happened in FL all over again during the Bush/Gore election. All the provisional ballots got thrown in the trash and not counted because Jeb Bush ended the recounts in favor of his brother.
