This whole election was based on hacks of various voter databases, DNC servers and Clinton campaign members, etc.

Trump was yelling that the election is rigged and he won't accept results if he lost BEFORE anyone even voted.

2 weeks after results scientists & processors approached The Green party with data suggesting anomalies. The Green party put forth the recount initiative, Hillary Clinton did not.

Trump is trying to put the grassroots recount on Clinton and she had nothing to do with it.
