Well, there won't be any hanging chads this time.
They can rescan the ballots very quickly with certified scanners.
The scanner at the voting polls is like a paper shredder-atm. You feed the ballot into the scanner box slot yourself and it is scanned and stored in the secure container below. Very easy to recount.
Bottom line it will be a recounted certified examination. Whoever is certified as the winner won -- no disputes. Just petty bickering.
