It's more than just the money. There's a whole bunch of potential ethical, moral, and legal issues.
How does science decide when technology is sufficiently advanced to attempt to reanimate a deceased human? What if it doesn't work, and the person is still deceased? Do they re-freeze them, potentially causing more damage, or keep trying?
What if the reanimation is mostly successful, in the sense that they're able to restart major body functions, but the person they bring back to life is badly brain damaged, and in constant pain? What if they are unable to tell you they're in so much pain they want to die?
Is the contract legally strong enough to override any moral objections to effectively experiment on a corpse? What happens if new laws are passed between now, and the time that the technology is 'ready', prohibiting such procedures?
