Some on Republican Congress mentioned fence and Trump clear as day said it will be a CONCRETE WALL and if appropriate, some fence could be used. Please be aware that any words uttered out of the mouths of people not named Donald Trump, has absolutely no bearing on what Trump says and will do. I know it's hard to distinguish... please try.
