Just like 1791. There is no filibuster in the constitution. & today, its used only for obstruction, not for making deals like in previous eras.
It needs to be gone, or nothing will get done, or bills will be watered down to failures. This is exactly what happened to obamacare. Had to scrap big parts that couldnt get 60 votes.

Let me get this right - a function of your government was used to thwart a democratically elected president from passing laws. That was ok though because he was not your choice of president.
Now, when your guy in in the hot seat, you think that the same functions should be scrapped and your guy should have free reign to do whatever the fuck he likes.
And for the sake of clarity this is a guy that lied, bullied, and slandered his way into the top job. Cheered on by far right groups and political parties around the world ?
A guy that was happy to treat the office of president with utter contempt, and a guy who brought the fairness of the whole democratic procedure into doubt. A guy who refused say whether or not he would actually accept the result should he lose.
You actually think the normal checks and balances which are in place should be removed for this guy ?
