All the major affiliate programs do the same thing. You sign up, make a few sales, then mysteriously, your sales start to drop off. The program KNOWS you are not going to remove all your links, etc... because you spent hours installing them all. So once the skimming starts, you then start talking to yourself..."oh, must be the holidays, or summer, or football game, or Olympics..." you lie to yourself why your sales have stopped, yet, you keep the links up because you think, just around the corner, new sales will re appear.
It's all bullshit. It's an unregulated business with no monitoring or control.
These webmaster are laughing all the way to bank without a care in the world.
WHY? Because even if you stop advertising and delete your links, there will always be another 'sucker' ready to join their affiliate program and it starts all over again.
Try signing up with a whole new account, and you'll get sales for awhile on that one, while your first account is dying. Then, your 2nd account will slowly die off and you will understand exactly what I'm writing about.
These affiliate program webmasters have been around since the net started. You really think they are going to give their money away to a guy like you, just because you put a few links up??
