cuba has some cheap real estate at the moment...you can get a house for like 10K no problem...ok its not band new but the people are friendly and its super cheap for life...nicaragua is also very interesting, low low crime, new apartments to be had for like $15K one-two bedroom who gives a fuck at those prices?...
