I for one.
Can't stand most of the people when you get to know them real well and understand how they really feel about others.
I found a unique niche and location where lots of scientists and other highly educated are and that is where and who I spend my time with.
In the past 10 years I have spent at least 80% of time in TN however I will not give up my Florida Residency and Homesteading status.
