This is bullshit already. This is childish. The Republican party has already made it clear that no matter what they will not allow Clinton to pick a Supreme Court Justice. The Republican party has also made it clear they have "years of hearings and investigations" lined up to fight Clinton.

no judge is better than a judge that will rule against you on every issue... so not sure how anyone can blame Republicans for making sure that if left leaning judge gets nominated they will at least get something out of it...
Democrats got Obamacare recently, can you think of any significant legislation that Republicans have passed in recent years?
politics is really just a form of negotiating... if no agreement is reached, it's a bit foolish to say "it's those evil republican's fault!", when in reality democrats are just as much to blame...
it takes both parties working together to reach an agreement... when no agreement is reached, they BOTH failed...
