This is bullshit already. This is childish. The Republican party has already made it clear that no matter what they will not allow Clinton to pick a Supreme Court Justice. The Republican party has also made it clear they have "years of hearings and investigations" lined up to fight Clinton.

Ted Cruz has even gone so far as to say he thinks the Supreme Court will be fine with just 8 justices and we don't have to put another on the bench. Of course, I'm sure he will change his tune if Trump wins.
What is interesting to me about his stance is what happens if Clinton wins and another Supreme Court justice steps down or dies. Do we just go on with 7 then since they won't allow Clinton to appoint someone?
