This one is more fun:
take an empty beer bottle, fill it with about an inch of Drano w/ crystals. wad up some aluminum foil into tiny balls (about 20 of them) and put them into the bottle as well. Then pour about an inch of water in cover with a balloon. The bottle will get warm/hot as the gasses build and fill the balloon. Tie off the balloon and wrap something around the knot (ex. toilet paper). light on fire and bail.
