It just shows that Obama was not biased when he selected him, but Comey is apparently very biased. There was zero reason to even announce this as they have no clue what the emails are. The FBI in the past didn't disclose any info on ongoing cases until something was known. He broke agency policies to try to rig the election.
Meanwhile he seems to be willing to uphold agency policy when it has to do with Trump's ties to Russia.
