The Top one is obviously Drudge Report but the bottom must be the "other side" and I have no clue what site that is.. aka those of us on the "other side" don't typically pay attention to fringe websites of the left.. Meanwhile the fringe on the Right is their normal news outlets..
The second on is Huffington Report. The left's Drudge. I'm sure you believe one, but not the other.

I don't really pay attention to either of them until lately. It's funny watching them try to spin the same stories in opposite directions.
