The hotel in Washington DC is in a very political town, and when Trump uses.... His hotel will be laughed at. No one will want to stay in a hotel branded by Trump. It will still make money, but not the huge bucks he was hoping for.
Most of the people that want to vote for him don't even live near a Trump hotel, nor can they afford to rent a room in one.
