Seems the hotel is doing very poorly. Suites that normally go for $800 are now going for $400.
The hotel in Washington DC is in a very political town, and when Trump uses.... His hotel will be laughed at. No one will want to stay in a hotel branded by Trump. It will still make money, but not the huge bucks he was hoping for.
