Thanks for the input / opinions but it's not worth selling for 10 months revenue. A wise investor would always determine a sites worth on a case by case basis and would not apply some magic number to all sites in the industry.

There is a lot of untapped potential to profit substantially from this site but we just don't have the time to invest in exploring those avenues at the moment.

It produces substantial profit as a self-sufficient site with virtually no involvement. Investing proper time in running targeted campaigns, email marketing, and premium memberships could yield a fortune which would make it well worth the investment at 3-4x. We currently just don't have time to invest in any of that.

It's a niche site with a VERY targeted audience so it's incredibly marketable. There's not very many adult sites (or mainstream for that matter) with a bounce rate of 15% (14.81% to be exact).
