This is true. It's pointless at this time to have an eu mid. At 1% cb thresholds and all the bs of getting setup in a foreign country (if your purpose was to get a mid and not hide money) it's pointless. I can't push much of anything through netbilling these days. The us mids convert much better than the eu ones. I'm sure they are going through a conservative periord to see how they can handle the 1%. I'm sure they will open up more soon. Until then it's cheaper to run 3rd party.
