so now visa is deciding what is constitutionally right? i absolutely agree that sites like scat, rape, etc...should not be online HOWEVER, this is a direct violation of the first amendment right to freedom of speech and freedom of expression. most rape sites, spanking sites are simulated. again, i do not agree that extreme, hardcore, disgusting shit such as that should be up, but you cannot tell someone what to like, how to like it and when to like it.

you also cannot be contradictory. by that i mean i can go into blockbuster, buy a video with a simulated rape scene and pay for it on my visa card and that is somehow ok? visa is now stepping into a very dangerous area and where the impai is looking to stop acacia, another organization needs to be developed to stop Visa/MC from becoming judge, jury, prosecutor and executor!

mark my words, they are just now setting up for what will ultimately be their decision on what will be and what cant be sold and it will be THEIR rules if someone or something doesnt stop them now.
