Simply upload it to your WP site and activate. Then just add some content sources (RSS feeds, XML feeds, a text dump - anything) provided by your sponsor and... forget about it
The plugin will automatically populate your tube, tgp, pinboard or any other site with the new content. It will publish new posts or pages, generate video embeds or image galleries (will crop the thumbs etc). If you want, all your posts will be spun (synonymized) and translated to other languages.
