The think I find funny is that there is people who come to sale tube site for XXX XXX$ on there first post on the board.
You can't seriously compare Virtual estate ( specially in Adult ) with Real estate, it's not the same game at all.
Anyway as OP said he don't want to waste time I think it's revellant to say him the price he can expected. As said it worth what a buyer is ready to pay. And from the little experience I have in Adult flipping, I can say that he will be lucky to find somebody that will offer him 10 times less than what he asked.
