Okay I'll come out of lurk mode for a sec here. We're an established NYC Adult internet company, we ended up doing a lot less content producion in-house than originally intended so we're offering studio use on a long term, monthly basis to established, professional adult companies with references. Three blocks from subway, 3000 sq ft, multiple sets (including Sci-Fi, medical, traditional Japanese Tatami room for bondage sets etc.) seamless backdrops, many props, strobes, video lights, softboxes, Mola softlight reflector (beauty dish) etc. Large model wardrobe, shower, makeup area, fully equipped woodshop on premises for set building.
