It doesn't really matter what any company says.
Even some processors who were widely viewed as compliant have turned out to have major problems with the card associations.
You don't know. Nobody knows. It's not like any processor is going to tell you the full story (until, of course, it's too late.)
Hell, even if they are "compliant," whatever that means, Visa and MC can turn on them in a second.
So no one can predict this one.
