The guy said yesterday that they didn't come after webmaster affiliates, but dealt with the paysites that provided the feeds.
If you have no feeds on your site, just whip up a letter and inform them of this, and refer to the guy's statement, that is a matter of public record, about webmaster affiliates NOT being licensed. He also said that it is ILLEGAL to charge both the paysite and a webmaster affiliate for the same feed. Your sponsor/s have probably already been contacted.
If they then still demand that you pay, turn that information over to IMPA as it will be a blatent contradiction in the statements made by an Acacia representative.
And.. if they are trying to charge you and your sponsor, they are breaking the law.. as stated in their own words.
