That is another story ( consider also EU corporation as Webby described often in some threads- seems good also).

For tax, I hired a US accountant ( not expensive) in Plattsburg ( near Montreal) that will coordinate with my canadian accountant.
Pay yourself a salary ( expense in the US, income in Canada so taxed once only; pay hosting, advertising, etc....; you can also pay dividends to your canadian corp. ).

Also keep in mind that you are escaping the whole GST/PST issue: the canadian gov considers that ALL memberships are taxable... so that already a 15.5%.

I personnally would and went with the US corp. But maybe I will add a EU copr just to be more secure and ready ...
