They had some amazing deals on income property at NPB when I was there
Most were 4 and 6 unit and they were making a fortune doing weekly rentals
And you could buy one south of 1,000,000
One was even in the mid eight hundreds
For what they were getting on weekly rents if you could keep your occupancy rate reasonable EACH ONE unit would service your debt on the whole property
I don't know if it's still like that but wow
