As for taxing the top 20%, why do you think the top 1% make sure they own Governments?
50 years ago if you, or anyone reading this, bought something. It was odds on it was made in that country, the seller was a business owned by someone who worked at that place. Or at the Head Office in that country.
Today the odds of anyone here buying something made in the West, from a company owned by anyone they could talk to is a memory. China builds for Boeing, has a Space Program and show no signs of slowing down their erosion of our economies.
Try getting ahead when they're finished.
