Forget about one example of an employer having to take precautions to ensure the safety of employees. It's a no-win position.
There are lots of business laws where employers are legally mandated to employ certain safety measures for employees.
People here are only bitching because it might hurt their income. Which is where you come in with "a scene featuring performers wearing condoms is of inferior quality... so it's far less clear why producers should be forced to produce an inferior product to "
