Yeah he is speaking the truth. No father figure, crazed mom with 4-9 kids who probably is a hardened woman with no to little maternal instinct. Kids have no direction an follow the masses on "get rich or die trying" mentality.
So you run wild in the streets and were told be hard or you die. So sell dope, rob, steal cars. Fight with police, get shot. And it's the white man's fault and cop oppression. People have no accountability for their actions and mama don't care.
