I propose that going forward, we measure dicks in cubic cm - so more specifically.
1) Insert cock into special cock measuring bucket containing exactly 2 liters of water.
2) Remove cock
3) Measure remaining water
4) Subtract from 2 Liters

and you have the volume of your dick in cubic cm.
