no shit.... if you want a thoughtful gift, get him a nice normal watch, and invest a bit more than few hundred bucks... he will use it for the next decade or 2 and will remember it as "the watch that my dad gave me for my 25th birthday"... instead of some useless gadget that he will replace in 6 months... iwatches and other gadgets are great for 12 year old kids, who are not mature enough to appreciate a thoughtful gift...
