I have a question for ya. How can I determine the value of my assets (Sites) & subscriber base if I am trying to sell?
I have a network of 5 sites (unrelated to porn) & 2.8 million members currently across the network which consists of mostly coreg campaigns I have ran in the past. I had a total of close to 5 million members which has shranked down to 2.8 million from dead emails and unsubscribes.

Do I base my sale price on the past 3 months of GROSS revenue or Net revenue? Or is this not the correct formula.

Lets say in 2002, the gross profit was $335,000 and The expense was $312,000 , that leaves only $23,000 net revenue, HOWEVER, what if the majority of the expense was not a monthly overhead. What if it was just growing expense like List management software, servers...etc. If the monthly expense was $3000 for bandwidth and $5,000 for advertisment, thats $8,000 monthly expense x 12 which is $96,000 in overhead expense.
Should I subtract the $96,000 from the $335,000 to get a true net revenue of $239,000 as the TRUE net income? Also, am I suppose to disclose the Big chunk of expense which was not an overhead expense?

The sale of the sites would not include the software and servers.
Just the sites and lists.
