this is a tricky question to answer, because a major part of my business is MarketBanker, which is an ad marketplace. the site itself has no advertising, but it makes money from a cut of the ads from 6,000 other sites...

that's a chicken-or-egg question. at one point, there was no fuckedcompany.com to leverage. now, all my sites leverage off all my other sites... they all build up each other. it's become a powerhouse-of-sorts that makes launching new products and sites considerably easier.

that's actually the subject of my next book... to answer your question, it's a combination of both. FC's quick rise was a conbination of calculated planning, as well as lots of lucky mistakes.
