Even if you're not they might come get you. I had the FBI seize all my servers in Operation Sitedown. They also smashed in the doors and sent a SWAT team to raid a house that I had just moved out of the day before, thank god. Why? Because one of my programmers was trading warez and apparently had stored some shit on one of my servers, unknown to me. A HUGE overreaction just for headlines, and they could do it to me because I'm nothing but a filthy pornographer. You can bet if they had found some warez on a google or municipal govt. server it would have gone down a lot differently.
