Umm...well - for one, as a cardholder, you can only make so many chargebacks.



As far as Visa is concerned - I have been thinking about this whole rotten situation regarding Visa's extortion fees. What exactly is the reason that Visa feels the need to collect $750 from adult webmasters?

Chargebacks? As website owners - we all know what happens when someone charges back - not only is the card holder refunded, but we usually have to pay an extra $25 chargeback fee. It comes out of OUR pockets - not the bank's, the customer's or the third party billing company and certainly not Visa's.

The adult internet industry is castigated, strong armed and penalized - yet the credit card companies encourage fraudulent chargebacks by allowing any schmuck whose wife finds their credit card, to say "it wasn't me!"

What the fuck is going on?
