A dictator? Don't make me laugh! Hitler was a dictator. Franco was a dictator. Pinochet was a dictator. Putin is a cowardly and thieving old man with a progressive senility and schizophrenia, who's being used by oligarchs like a stupid whore. They pretend like they kiss his ass and he gives them billion dollar contracts from Russian budget.
