Look at the ones they do for the Sports games. They use the most modern low cost techniques that are applicable for cinematic VR.

I've seen a number of videos showing how they do this and it is interesting and could have a place in VR. The problem is, as of now, for it to look very realistic is a time consuming and expensive thing. I was just playing Madden football on the Xbox last night and those players do look like the real players, but they also look fake and you can tell they aren't real. I don't think the masses will flock to truly interactive porn with a CGI character unless that character really looks and moves like a real person. We are likely still a ways away from that.
