Years ago when I worked at Playboy we interviewed someone from the industry and they looked great on paper. However, Playboy HR checks everything and checked to see if they went to college. They didn't graduate, and had no degree. They lied about it, and because they lied about it on their resume it disqualified them from any kind of employment.
