Supporting & justifying bad behavior isn't the solution, that's why we're having problems, bad cops are being protected by the system and allowed to still work in the system even after giving rough rides, jumping the trigger & using choke holds on subdued civilians. Turning a blind eye & placing blame is business as usual, carry on.
Oh and guess what, most cops are good people & black lives matter ;)

The system doesn't protect bad cops. In the USA it's not rigged at all. Maybe Brazil. There are things that assist police due to overzealous prosecution from home bodied know-it-alls who immediately distort reality by believing the last 20 seconds of a video is what really happened, not circumstances that lead the officer or deputy to resorting in deadly force. So when a poor soul gets a ticket and goes to the police dept to file s complaint by lying there is protection because people will lie. Pointing out 1 out of a million so called bad officer interactions isn't enough for reform. Community reform.. Basically don't fight with someone with a gun and expect other outcomes.
Not any certain ethnicity matters. Everyone matters. From homeless Steve on up.
