So true! And it's not like black folks need us holding their hands in marches or we're full of white guilt and want to rescue black folks.
It's because some of us see this is a low hanging fruit scenario, with militarization of the police force and the government pushing the boundaries of their powers while trampling the human rights and dignity of vulnerable citizens.
We see this in the porn industry, our industry is low hanging fruit. Do we have the same rights enforced as mainstream studios & companies, with the same resources? Can you get a bank loan as easily as anyone else? Investors etc? No. When you're low hanging fruit you live in the same society with less benefits and pay more to do it, on all levels.
The system knew cops being killed was coming, it was inevitable without actions backing up all the misogyny about police force change and nothing changing while new video comes out showing injustice, death & double standards while it's televised that cops that killed the same previously were tried and found not guilty!
