Legally you can?t call someone a felon unless they have been convicted of a felony. The conviction is what establishes that they "committed" the felony, not the accusation, in US law. If anyone on this board mattered, and publicly called her a felon, she could sue, and would win.

That is why legitimate news organizations refer to her, at their most pejorative, as an "accused felon".
