she is right...no high level terrorist will do the attack himself he will send a peon...he will not risk sending him as a refugee because it is impractical and a crap shot where he might end up, and how long it will take him to cross etc etc...a plane ticket is only like a few hundred euros...a fake passport and a shave is like 50$...middle east passports are super simple...
