Catch and release policies are a l4m3 way do deal with a proven terrorist. If someone is not a terrorist why would they be in Gitmo for years and years? There is no rehabilitation of terrorists -- that is ludicrous.
Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the future fearless leader of the Islamic Terrorist State was released by the USA from detention in a US military prison in Iraq because of an agreement Bush made with his anointed Iraqi government -- how did that work out? Apparently, al-Baghdadi was imprisoned for good reason.
