Why was the cop pointing a gun? That's the whole problem.

4 Youths in a car acting rowdy in the US he has a right to be frightened. In the UK he wouldn't be, just concerned.

A family of any colour he should have no fears at all. But is that true in the US?

The problem is statistics prove police have shot people running away or lying down and posing no threat. Using pepper spray or a taser would be better than going directly for a gun. But not if he's in fear of his life because he works in a society that's quick to get angry, resort to violence and grab a gun.
