you really think that's how it goes down? or is it more likely that the cop is under pressure, victim's actions get misread by the cop, and so he pulls the trigger by mistake?

i think a large part of it comes down to the fact that black people don't give cops the respect they feel they deserve, this makes cops hostile and more likely to engage in some kind of action against them.
