I think clearly it is a stressful situation, otherwise why would the cop be pointing a gun?
you think cop stops someone, sees it's a black person, then thinks to himself "great, hopefully this nigga does something stupid, so I'll have an excuse to kill him"?
you really think that's how it goes down? or is it more likely that the cop is under pressure, victim's actions get misread by the cop, and so he pulls the trigger by mistake?
